Engineering the Future at the University of Washington Bothell

About Us:

We are a team of self-motivated university students, working to apply our skills outside the classroom. Our members come from a variety of backgrounds and majors to collaborate with each other in a way that no classroom provides. We are currently competing in the NASA Robotic Mining Competition, and you can see our progress on the NASA RMC 2017 page. When we're not busy building a robot for competition, we work on several off-season projects, such as a RC car and a Star Wars mouse droid.

Part of our mission is to connect with our community through STEM outreach. We are currently planning workshops, and volunteer sessions, but are still growing, and actively seeking new opportunities.

Members are engaged in a hands-on team setting, and learn skills in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, along with manufacturing, business, and marketing fields. Additionally, through outreach campaigns and competitions, members can meet with business professionals to improve their networking ability, leading them into professional careers.
