Engineering the future at the University of Washington Bothell

About Us:

We are a team of self-motivated university students, working to apply our skills outside the classroom. Our members come from a variety of backgrounds and majors, and are able to collaborate with each other in a way that no classroom provides. We are currently competing in the NASA Robotic Mining Competition, and can see our progress the NASA RMC 2017 page. When we're not busy building a robot for competition, we work on several off-season projects. including an RC car and a Star Wars mouse droid.

Part of our mission is to connect with our community through STEM outreach. We are currently planning workshops, and volunteer sessions, but are still growing, and are actively seeking new opportunities.

Members are engaged in a hands-on team setting, and can apply skills in mechanical, electrical, and software engineering, along with manufacturing, business, and marketing fields. Additionally, there are several opportunities for students to grow and gain new skills, including those outside of their field. Additionally members can network with business professionals, and improve their networking abilities through our business outreach campaign, and at competitions.
